Much to the displeasure of many Stern enthusiasts, Stern released Mustang in April of 2014. Before the pin game play of the pin was even seen, there was much criticism pertaining to the theme. I do not believe that pin really ever survived the original criticism. For this reason this pin could be considered a flop. I was able to play Mustang in the fall of 2014 and was surprised by how fun it was. In December of 2014, one came on for sale locally. And because Mustang was really unpopular the after market price for Mustang dropped. I decided to buy Mustang and couldn't be happier with this pin. It may not be a pin that I keep forever, but it is definitely a good value pin.
